Samsung Galaxy S10 may get side-mounted fingerprint sensor, super wide-angle lens

Samsung Galaxy S10 may get side-mounted fingerprint sensor, super wide-angle lens

Samsung could be going back to its Galaxy S6 days and may launch a trio of Galaxy S10 phones next year. Recent reports all indicate that the company is working on three models of the Galaxy S10, perhaps to take on Apple's trio 2018 iPhones expected later this year. Reports, however, have been varying as to what each Galaxy S10 model will bring to the table. This week, some new reports suggest that at least one of the models will sport a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and the top-end Galaxy S10+ model may come with a super wide-angle lens.
If you've been following reports off late, the Galaxy S10 may come in three versions - a regular flat display model (codenamed Beyond 0), a Galaxy S10+ model with dual cameras and curved display (Beyond 1), and a top-end Galaxy S10+ model with a triple camera setup (Beyond 2). The triple camera Galaxy S10+ model will look to take on the Huawei P20 Pro, which is the first and as of now the only phone to sport a triple camera setup. A new report adds that Samsung will take things a notch higher by adding a super wide-angle lens to one of the cameras for all three models. You can check the concept of the Galaxy S10 with three cameras below. The concept also shows no rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
